Please DO NOT fill up your tyres here. I stopped at this petrol station to fill up my tyres and noticed it seemed to be removing air from my tyre rather than filling it up (sounds odd I know). The staff when approached to explain the situation were unhelpful and clueless.Within 15 mins my tire was completely flat.I had to call the RAC who filled up the tyre and confirmed there was no puncture etc and the tire was fine so definitely something wrong with the air machine. Please be vigilant if using.

Fast service. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly.

The staff need a customer service course, they are miserable and unfriendly. If u don’t like your job get another one!! There’s no need to be rude, good manners cost nothing, the man I dealt with yesterday around 3:30pm was the most miserable human being I have ever come across and the older gentleman, I’m guessing the manager, is no better. You can’t be like this in a customer service role it’s diabolical behaviour! I have been using this garage for 30 years and it used to be a friendly garage but current owners have ruined it! Well I’ve had enough of the staffs attitude in this garage. It’s a bit further to go but will be using the shell in Towcester from now on the staff there are wonderful, welcoming and friendly. The BP garage could learn a lot from them. I fill my mums car up up for her too so just lost 2 customers.Update, charging more for petrol than other BPs I. The area, also had several people on our village page that food is too expensive, out of date and gone bad.

Standard petrol station experience - fuel, reasonable shop. Things are generally a bit more expensive than a typical shop - but this seems to be standard practice all petrol stations (BP, or otherwise). Jet wash takes coins which is annoying.Has a cash machine and amazon locker on site, which is useful.Open 24hrs.

Costa coffee cap wasn’t full and of course the toilet is out of order! Probably too lazy to clean! If no toilet why is still open?

Don’t buy the milk from here, it had gone off!The best before date was the 26th June, I bought some milk on the 23rd.Every time Freshways milk, from THIS garage is lumpy!

Always a pleasure visiting and like think my loyalty points are ready to be spent. Probably get some sandwiches or Jamie Oliver toasties.
