Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home - Sanctuary Care

My father died at the Pavillions this morning. Regardless of repeated requests for information on his condition over a lengthy period of time the home have not once contacted me. Even with his death they have still not informed me - heard from another source. I am absolutly disgusted. When the home opened up after full lockdown families were allowed to meet their loved ones in the car park. No distancing precautions were in place. My father died from Covid. I was not even informed that to meet was an option. Pavilions is an absolute disgrace.

Fantastic staff at this care home would highly recommend. The care they gave to my mother was outstanding .
