Went for a morning coffee and in last 2 instances the coffee is horrible. it's like water with powder, i don't think they were using good milk. Even the rate has gone up but not the quality. Hugely disappointed

Cleaner woman and another black coworker refused to let my wife use the toilet today.She really had an emergency.They refused her on grounds that they where closed, yet she was on the premises. This isn't proper conduct. If a customer is on your premises you have a duty of care to look after them and they basic human needs.Pathetic behaviour.

Unprofessional staff, very stressful mood in cafe. Then is busy you can get something what you do not like. Fruit tea = berry tea. Need to pay more attention to details, more time for costumers.
