Hike Bike and Ride

Shimano chain was 5 weeks late and wrong chain arrived. Shop blames shimano but relies on barcode rather than actually checking what goes out. Not recommended!!

I ordered a Torque wrench that failed to arrive due to an issue with Royal Mail. I contacted Hike, Bike and Ride regarding this problem. Zoe took care of everything and got me a refund, as they no longer had the tool in stock. Zoe kept me informed throughout the process so i was never left wondering what was going on. I will shop with this company again because of how they handled this issue for me.

Very dissapointed. Waited for Nearly 3 weeks Item never arrived.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I placed an order. Waited almost two weeks for the item I ordered that was “in stock”. I received an email three days after I’d placed the order to say it was dispatched. A week later I contacted them to say I was still waiting and they told me it was with Royal Mail and they didn’t know why it hadn’t been delivered. No one returned my calls so I emailed daily asking for updates, these were also ignored. The order was very time sensitive due to me going on holiday and needing the item for that holiday. All my emails were ignored until the day before I was leaving in holiday when I received an email to say that DPD were sending the item and it would arrive 2 days after we left, it will now no doubt be returned to send and I’ll have to argue about a refund. Atrocious customer service, I will never use the company again.

I bought a Christmas present late on Dec 19th and was expecting January delivery. It arrived on Christmas Eve, thank you and well done, fab service.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, took a week to send out an item they advertised as being in stock on Amazon and chose to send it by Royal Mail even though it was common knowledge they were going on strike??? Item was ordered 24/11/22 and the only response to date is keep checking the tracking lol. Its now 16th December, still not received, in last conversation I was promised a full refund if not delivered by end of this week, it’s end of week I’ve again requested they honour their promise of refunding me but guess what they’re closed for the weekend lol so I can’t even contact them by phone.Wish I’d checked their low rating before ordering as I’d have gone elsewhere, an absolutely atrocious company I’ll never ever use again.
