I understand what sold as seen means, but I also expected to buy a fully working bicycle... I can't explain my son's disappointment and my rage.. Went back to the store.. It's the cassette hub, which is foulty.. The offered to replace it on my expense.. I'm absolutely disgusted.. I am pretty sure that the guy that sold it knew about the issue.. Now that I think back he was suspiciously persistent that I understand what sold as seen means.. Lesson learned! Thanks but no thanks...

Absolutely abysmal service at this store. They lost part of my click and collect order, (no apology)Told to come back another day, no concern that I now had to make another 20mile round trip, due to their error. Then I was virtually accused of fraud and theft, with a threat of calling the police on me.Don't bother with click and collect anybody can take your order. They ask for no proof, not the payment card or driving licence etcThe items ordered were fine.It's just the inept and inefficient staff that let the process down.

Checked on line for an item and it stated that there was one in Hanley, called this morning. They don't stock these items althought they did have a similar one under the counter. Then spent five minutes, I thought trying to help me but was just trying to prove me wrong, implied I was a liar and then made a comment as i was walking away. Glad the rest of my day was great. Poor customer service.

I recently got the motor club.I went in today and had a single light bulb change and they have also put down that i had a 10 point car check when i didnt have one meaning ive now lost it off my rewards

halfords are ok when they are selling you items, this is relating to a noco GB70 CHAGER BOOST PACK. 4 of these have been purchsed on seperate ocasions one has gone to fault been used 3 times halfords dont seen to what to help they have also been purchased on a trade discount card no after sales available on halfords part

I visited the store to buy a new car seat for my 2 year old as she was uncomfortable in the existing seat. An assistant called Mitchell helped to find a seat that was not only more comfortable, but also a much safer option. He demonstrated how to fit the seat correctly and then checked that I was following the right steps when I fitted it. He couldn't have been more helpful and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Mitchell!

Arrived at 8 15am on a cold frosty morning needing a new headlight bulb. Mitchell instantly came out to fix and was on my way in minutes. An excellent and very friendly service

The young man we spoke to was very polite and couldn't do enough for us. He changed the bulb in our car and checked the oil. We went in for paint pen to cover scratches he looked everywhere for the right colour and although halfords didn't sell it he found out the colour we needed to get. He also sold us a annual Premier Halford service which he advised would be a good buy for us. We'll done
