Spoke to Michael who was really helpful and even rang me back to confirm the order and let me know he was sending out some samples to ensure I knew which size would be best for me! at the beginning there was a small interruption due to the error of the shipping company, but they wrote and apologized. They informed me about everything in an email, for which I thank them especially because I asked them to write it down. the rosegold edge protector is very beautiful and really rose gold in color!!!

Purchased a number of basins from Vroma and received excellent customer service. Had a problem with delivery which wasnt Vroma's fault, they took the goods back, checked them and returned via a different delivery company without much delay and no cost to us. And checked to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be purchasing from this company again and recommend others to do so.
