I found the staff members I saw very polite,I took my car for its MOT test and was pleasantly surprised to be offered a token for a drink while I was waiting, excellent service not often encountered these days.

The clue is in the name,,,, got my 2010 Transit through it's MOT and then replaced my EGR Valve (what ever that is?) replaced gaskets, replaced any pipes that need doing and cleaned off the thick crust of oil everywhere. When i got my van back it drove like new and the engine bay was like new too! Having had bad experience at another local garage that carried out unnecessary costly welding work and fitted new injectors so poorly the gasket leaked it's nice to find a garage you can trust! Sometime's you do get what you pay for.....

Booked my car in for a service online, to turn up to discover that The online booking system shouldn't be active and we have no availability today". Very very poor service and it is compounded by the fact that this happened last time I booked in online (that time i was told it was a temporary glitch). Sort out your IT systems L.G. Perfects. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future for my MOT/servicing requirements thanks."

Booked my van in for 3.30 dropped it off at 2.30 had not been called by 5.30 went to the garage it was closed, called the next morning sorry it was forgotten but we can have it ready by 9.15. It is a work van as I had told them so I picked it up and won't be using them again after 20 year of being a customer.

Very obliging and good customer care. The reception manager went the extra mile on the day I arrived as I had forgotten my covid mask so he provided me with a new one. He also let me wait in a secure area as it was raining and informed me the instant the car was ready. Very pleased with service and shall go again.
