I was dealt with on time and received thorough examination and repair to broken tooth. Am very satisfied with treatment from the dentist who saw me.

Had my appointment thru the NHS. Arrived, had my check up on time. Reception staff good. Practitioner good. No problem's.

Been with my elderly mother very helpful as she is able to get upstairs. Also been with my partner who as mobility issues were able to use the downstairs room. Friendly and very helpful staff. Explained all the work was needed and advised what was best options.

Been with this dentist for about 10 years. Maybe more. Always looked after me even when really short notice. Really friendly and professional.

Staff very polite and informative. Discussed the state of my teeth and gums without being patronising. Considering this was a dental appointment it was very pleasant

All i can say is that Dr Bogdon doesnt know how to do his job correctly at all. Came here and i was treated as if im not valued. He rushed his job and was very rude. He needs to get trained again .

Bogdan and Catalina are magicians, respectful and gentle - them and their amazing team have cured me from fear of dentists. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for removing my fractured tooth today. It is still a little sore, but expected this. I was really nervous but the dentist was gentle & made it as pain free as possible. The receptionist I saw today was friendly (more so than the one I saw last week where it seemed like a chore for her to deal with me when I was clearly in pain!). Thank you for today.

This was the only dentist that would even talk to me when I moved to the area 3 years ago.I have been going there as an NHS patient since . I have always found all the staff to be polite and helpful and the dentist considerate and professional with a good sense of humour.The main reason for this review though is that a few days ago I had to accompany an elderly friend there for a check up. He is 90 years old and was very nervous as he suspected that he may have to have quite a bit of work done.From the moment we arrived he was really well treated, they made sure he did not have to go upstairs to the surgery but was shown to a seat in reception immediately adjacent to the dentist. I was allowed to go into the room with him and saw just how well he was received. As it turned out there was not much work required, just a filling. The dentist explained everything to him and also to me so there was no misunderstanding.When it came to booking the appointment for this treatment the receptionist was most helpful in arranging it for a date and time that was convenient for me to accompany him.Thank you so much
