Amazing customer service and really friendly member of staff. I popped in looking for a replacement for my vape, as I had dropped it and it wasn't working. The member of staff very kindly had a look and managed to fix it for me. Nice shop and friendly atmosphere and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My husband purchased a vape from Vape 360 on 29/12/22. The device has worked well until this weekend when it suddenly seemed to develop a battery problem. It won't charge despite trying various chargers and constantly flashes red as if it were dead. He took it into Vape 360 today and was told there was nothing they could do as it was outside 30 days return period. The device has worked for less than 7 weeks and they're refusing to offer any assistance. Do not waste your money in this store, buy cheaper off Amazon who will refund up to 12 months later for a faulty device.

Best Vape shop in Bicester! Jason is so knowledgeable and happy to help with his advice! I didn’t really know what I wanted but he had me set up and ready to go in no time at all, explaining everything I need to know thoroughly. There are so many options to choose from, there is something for everyone. The shop is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend 360 Vape to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend jason at vape 360! Amazing customer service and a spectacular range of vapes, liquids and disposals (elf bars, lost Mary’s, crystals) he also has his own range of disposals. 10/10 from me!

Amazing customer service! Went in to buy nicotine shots and the gentleman in the shop helped me change the coil in my vape as I was struggling to screw the cap off despite I didn't buy neither the vape or coil there.
