Sometimes bad reviews are the only way to get help! I can't call from my brand new phone because my number hasn't transfered & it's more than 48 hours after the promised time! I have tried a direct line, a help line & operater for an hour now with no answer from tesco or the phone shop itself! Every little helps, drop the '' every and there's your slogan. Disappointed doesn't cover it!"
