D&I COOLING REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

I have taken the time to write a detailed review because rarely do I find a company who offers exceptional service such as I received from Tolga at D&I Cooling. I have two heat pumps operating on my swimming pool which I rent all year on Airbnb. I can’t operate the gas boilers because they are so expensive to run. I thought that the refrigerant was low as the heat pumps were not working or heating the water. Few of the many companies I contacted were prepared to come out to look at these heat pumps and those that did wanted to charge ridiculous call out charges. I came across D&I Cooling on Google and called them. Tolga answered and asked me to send over a picture of the pump data plate on the side which I did. He said that he had the correct refrigerant on his van and came over more or less straight away. It was so cold outside, but he came and checked both pumps working late into the evening. One pump needed repair and both needed refrigerant added. Tolga really knows his stuff. He removed the gas and added exactly the correct amount and ensured the machines were operating to the makers recommendations. I’m quite technical and he explained exactly how heat pumps work. This was by no means an easy job, but Tolga was confident from the word go. The result is that my pool is now heating in the middle of winter! I’m delighted. Tolga is a real find! He quickly solved the problem that 2 different companies could not solve before. If you do not want to have problems, contact this company. We have 2 cafes and 1 big shop, now we only work with Mr. Tolga Verim and his team. Thanks alot.

Cannot recommend enough, we had an issue with the fridge in our restaurant called D&I and he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He was really flexible and came when it best suited us. It was a big job which I thought was going to be really expensive but he was so reasonably priced. We now use Tolga all the time as we know we can trust him and he is always reliable.

This company we used to come and fix our air-conditioning was professional, on time, prompt and resolved the issue in the same working day. We then also called him back to fix a refrigeration problem, and again he was able to be flexible, reliable, a really nice person and able to resolve the issue again on the same day.
