Friendly atmosphere and good hair cut

Good haircut but don't recommend getting your ears waxed. One of my ears was bleeding for 3hrs after, i've had more pleasurable experiences at the dentists.

Never had an issue at anytime they have cut my hair or my sons very friendly and polite.

Came to visit my parents & I needed a quick cut over the Holidays - I've been to King's years previously so it was an obvious first choice.When I got in the chair I was handed over to a young man, I let him know what I wanted and he got to work.I didn't want to be judgemental but almost immediately it was obvious that he had little to no experience.He was clearly struggling, so much so that one of his colleagues had to step in - the gentleman physically grabbed the clippers out of the young boy's hands mid-way through cutting the back of my hair.After stepping in he didn't ask what cut I had requested - he just got to work. He took it upon himself to give me an entirely different cut to that which I had asked for. He also gave me a line up which I explicitly stated I did NOT want at the beginning.After he'd finished I wasn't shown the back at all. As he seemed agitated already, I didn't bring up that he'd given me the entirely wrong cut but I told him that the sides were uneven and the fading wasn't properly finished. The barber gave me a rude look before he actually shoo'ed me out of the chair.Lost for words - he charged me FULL PRICE for rude Customer service & a poorly executed haircut which I didn't even ask for!Needless to say my opinion of the shop has changed entirely - I will not be returning in the future!

Took my son here today. First time going, was very impressed the barbers were all friendly and this helped my son feel at ease. The guy who did my sons hair was friendly and chatting with my son and checking he was ok and happy with his hair. Finishing touch was that they ask what colours the customer likes and then spray a wash out colour onto their hair. My son left feeling happy and relaxed as did I. Great service.

Took my son there for the first time yesterday following a recommendation. His hair was cut exactly how he wanted it. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

Friendly staff, great service reasonably priced hair cuts. Very pleased.

It was great, loved it and the owners are very good at what they do, the interior of the barbers has changed massively
