I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic!! Awesome and friendly reception team! And then I met with nurse Angela!! She was incredible!! I felt comfortable at all times and she was super caring, patient, and gentle! I have learned a lot during my visit and felt really understood and heard. Angela took her time and didn’t rush me. She is a wonderful woman and it is more than obvious how much she loves her job and her patients. Thank you for treating me with so much kindness and respect!!

I was shocked reading the previous comments!The treatment I received today was of very high standards, required high skills and Leonie was just incredible.Felt very much at ease and not rushed a single bit. They do have to ask you questions but if you are educated enough around the subject it makes very clear sense. It is for our safety and information.The place needs updating but the luck of cosmetic outlay doesn’t compromise the high standards treatment.Thank you for being so caring and kind.

Had the worst possible experience at the Rosehill Clinic. If you plan to get a contraceptive implant fitted, I do not recommend this place. The nurse asked me extremely weird out of the script questions about my private life and partners country of origin, totally uncomfortable and UNRELATED to getting my contraceptive method. She did not call me by my correct name and kept on calling me about 5 different names in the 20 minutes we’ve (with my partner) spent there. She rushed the procedure and continued to investigate our relationship and asked very unnecessary and private questions and made us both extremely uncomfortable. You do not ask sensitive, private questions. Do not recommend this for black or brown people. Their staff will make you feel freaked out. I left shaken by the experience and will definitely NOT come back there to get my implant removed in 3 years.

As you approach the building, it appears outdated, tatty and unwelcoming. Once inside, the decor and waiting area lift the mood slightly. The reception appear friendly at first but are hopelessly defensive if approached about waiting times. More clarity is needed as I felt that some patients who came after me, were seen before me. I was left still wondering why after I had ruled out different clinics in operation, i.e.; family planning and any emergency. When I asked for a confirmation that I was still in the list, she became quite frosty and short but I guess she gets fed up with being constantly asked.The seating area is comfortable however, there is no privacy. One huge issue I have is that the staff call the patients by their first and surname.The toilets are clean and tidy and the new waist towel bins were notedI strongly feel that the waiting times are going to be so excessive, then drinks and food machines should be on site.

I got set alight and beaten with a baseball bat as soon as I walked through the clinic door.

No reply despite trying to the contact on two consecutive occasions and leaving messages at the details provided on the NHS website. Zero service, very disappointing.

Very quick in booking an appointment, it took less than 48 hours since I filled in the form online. However, when needed to ask intimate and private questions both the doctor and HCA didn’t help in making me feel at ease. I am an NHS midwife so I’m well aware what this kind of appointment is about.They rushed me and they were quite dismissive during the whole process.I then ended up waiting more than 2 hours in the waiting room after the visit for the blood results, just because they have forgotten about me. When I reminded them, they immediately called me back inside and once again theywere very dismissive in explaining the results. It is such a shame because when I came to have my coil fitted in nearly 2 years ago, I had such a great experience. I won’t be coming back in the future.

Terrible I haven’t received my results for 5 weeks now which is terrible . I have tried ringing them up and leaving a voiceMail . but they never got back to me . Now I have to go to a different clinic, this one has to be one of the WORST clinic I have ever been to. People where seen before me waiting time was horrendously BAD. The toilets are dirty, the staff are nice in the reception. This had me feeling discombobulated big time. Don’t waste your time going to this clinic . Not impressed at all

Getting an appointment with this clinic is impossible. I am due for implant replacement soon, left multiple messages with them. They call me back from a private number which means I can never call them back and have to go though the reception each time. If they are bothered to actually answer. Two weeks of going back and forth with zero progress.Thankfully I still have few months left. In this pace I don't know now if I should try to get this done elsewhere or what? Paying my taxes for years and can't even get an occasional NHS service. JOKE.

I had a concerned that is urgent. I submitted a self referral form. I received a call a week after that a nurse would call me for a telephone consultation. Another week past, I received a text to inform me that my telephone consultation would be on the following week. On that following week, I missed the Rosehill Clinic’s phone call because I was at work. I called the clinic the day after and they informed me that since I missed my appointment, I have to do another self referral and be on the waiting list again. I told them the reason for my referral and that it is urgent. I also would not require a consultation but an appointment for the procedure. They informed me that I will be on the waiting list. I didn’t bother wasting more time waiting for this clinic to even call me. I managed to book an appointment in St Mary’s Hospital. My urgent concern were addressed within 2 days. I received a call from Rosehill 3 weeks after, but by that time my concerned last long been addressed. Extremely disappointing service from Rosehill Clinic.
