Excellent all-round service. Very professional from receptionists to the doctor who did the ear wax removal. Such a relief to be able to hear properly - well worth the £80 charge. Strongly recommend

I recommend My Hearing Clinic. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Mr Fernando explained and showed me the state of my ear canals before and after ear wax removal and gave helpful advice. The visit was efficient and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant. 1st class service in EVERY way.Answer phone Quickly.Had quick availability.Parking.New smart clean and clinical.Very helpful receptionist.On timeGREAT job done with full explanation along with internal video before and after.No pushy selling of other ear as saw it.Same price as everywhere else.Highly recommend.Many thanks

Fantastic consultation with Pras today - he really knows his stuff. Appointments are very easy to arrange online. Pras showed me live video of both ears before and after, explained everything in detail, offered advice, and resolved a problem that's been mounting for years in just a few minutes. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the receptionist very friendly and helpful. I wish all healthcare experiences were like this! Other practitioners in my experience have used older technology, required several visits, and it's been an ordeal. This is a revolutionary experience for me.

What a super efficient service. Receptionist welcoming/helpful and an enthusiastic Mr Fernando. Very informative pre and post procedure. It was a painless process too . All wax removed from both ears. Worth every penny of the £80. I would highly recommend this clinician and clinic.

Visited this clinic today after being deaf" in one ear for a week. Nurse Practitioner at GP surgery said there was no wax but indeed there was. Thank you for my excellent and same day appointment. From receptionist to practitioner
