Energie Fitness Southend

Made to feel really welcome by the team at Energie. The Gym is exactly what I was after - The Yard area is great to focus on rehab work, perfect mix of cardio and then all the weight equipment you could ever need.

I came to Energie with the idea of looking for a coach. As I have worked in the industry before, I was not expecting to find what I did at Energie. The atmosphere is friendly and communal and every member of staff gets to know your name. It really is a different level from the pure gyms" and "X4l". I get a feeling that they want me in there

An amazing gym, such a warm welcome. I would never have thought I would be able to join a gym and feel 100% comfortable and safe in such a daunting environment. No egos, no show, just genuine people that want to make the best out of their life, helped along by some of the kindest, honest and professional people in the industry.

Love this Gym, came here full of trepidation as experiences with other places have been less than positive, but I needn't have worried. Chris and the rest of the team are warm and welcoming. The facilities are great, very clean and there's plenty of room for social distancing. If you've not been into a fitness regime for some time, this is the ideal place to start. Cant rate it highly enough.

The Best Gym Ever ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have been a member for 3 months now and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and made feel welcome. I was also given tons of support and advice of how to achieve my goals and adjust my diet. Probably the cleanest gym in Southend with excellent equipment. I don't live close but is totally worth the extra mile. The gym and the people working there matter if you want to achieve your goals - moved here from Garons where I use to feel like an alien but here at Energie Fitness feels like home with a very supportive family.In no particular order my favorite people in the gym are Richard (The manager), Gemma, Leah, Kev & Brandon-Lee. The rest of the team I simply don't now mainly because of my late hour visits. I Love this place & I highly recommend it to everyone...

This gym is simply unique, and could certainly teach other gyms how to support, and help clients.The staff are all amazing, all welcome you and make you feel like you are valued.Jake, Maddie, Richard and now Reece are wonderful at their jobs and ooze enthuisism for promoting inclusive health and fitness for all ages and abilities.Chris, manager of the gym always welcomes you and goes above and beyond, to support you with your experience.The big difference.is the staff really care about you and make you feel like you can achieve your goals!Best gym ever, excellent team, excellent sessions and great facilities!Thank you all xThis is the ONLY gym for me x 5 star plus review x

It was ok but weights were all over the gym in different places. And there was no personal wipes to clean sweat ect only spray bottles and a wipe.

Chris and his team (especially Jake and Madi) are so knowledgeable and supportive. From the actual sessions, video talks and group chats they have covered everything. For someone who has never really felt comfortable at a gym they have made my experience exceptional. Always on hand for advice I could not recommend enough.
