Had excellent service to organise a replacement car after ours was stolen. Managed to source, secure and deliver the replacement vehicle within a few days. Ben was superb, keeping us abreast on progress throughout. Having been devoted customer of the old Audi City on Piccadilly it was lovely to do business with similar people. Thank you all involved

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my Audi to the West London Audi dealership for service, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. The service advisor took the time to explain the details of the maintenance needed and provided a clear timeline.The waiting area was comfortable, and the facilities were clean. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the entire team, making the entire process hassle-free.I highly recommend Dariusz Kowalski for Audi service; their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. Nearly 10 years with Audi West London, and even though I’ve moved out of the area I keep coming back, and once again, superb service prevails. Having just relocated into inner city, London. I came in unsure whether I was going to go carless or not. I was open to alternatives given I would still need a car for work at times and hire cars were still going to be pricey. After speaking with the super helpful servicing gentlemen (Nitesh Varsani) who handled my servicing queries, he introduced me to Fayzan Mir, who has the warmest manner and technical knowledge, confident without being arrogant, enabling him to gently challenge me on some of the assumptions I was holding about certain cars. As a result of his care and attention, I signed within less than a few hours on an Audi A3, Black Edition, newly coming into the UK and configured as if perfectly for me. Fayzan the Magician! Your finance team were great as ever, the same gentlemen having handled my RSQ3 transactions a few years earlier, and warmly remembered me. Beautiful. Then to close off the experience, Abby Williams (no direct relation..that we know of!) who was also incredible in her completion of the handover and exchange of the cars. Fayzan even popped in that following week to make sure all was well, confirming why I keep not only coming back to Audi, but back to Audi West London. 4th car with them and even though some staff change, the same service culture runs very strongly through them all, without exception, so your recruitment and training must also be commended. Thank you once again, to all the Audi team and to the named individuals particularly, as without their input I would likely have moved to being carless right now and regretted it. The team read me well in a time of indecisiveness, making me and what supported me the centre of the service, not a push for sales. Now that is brilliant service I keep coming back for, and notably have recommended friends and business clients to Audi West London for. Absolutely loving my new Audi A3, the handling in both the city and country is incredible. I will be back!

Dariusz went above and beyond on my last visit, not only was I kept informed throughout the annual maintenance and shown the useful Audi Cam, but I was explained everything very thoroughly by Dariusz. Dariusz also offered to stay over 30 minutes past closing time (as I was stuck in traffic) to ensure that I had the car back the same day - a service well above and beyond any expectations.West London Audi has been pretty good over the last 6 years or so. There is a number of wonderful people working there going above and beyond expectations. Now I used to enjoy the breakfast they offered as you waited for your car before covid, and I think that this is greatly missed, but overall you still receive an outstanding experience when visiting West London Audi and Dariusz specifically was outstanding.

We had a terrible time with another Audi closer to where we live who never picked up the phone, took messages but never called back, and just seemed so unbothered when we did eventually speak. So we decided to try Audi West London instead, and they were AMAZING. So attentive, so helpful and so friendly from start to finish. I can highly recommend James from Sales and Harri from Leasing. Both were extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. If you're looking for an Audi, this is the dealership to go to!

Audi q4 is excellent. Dealer West London Audi excellent service. I am very happy to recommend them for any future new or used car. I live in Worcestershire saw my ideal car on the web site. The people in this dealership are both friendly and efficient. My dealings with Mark Sheldrake, Lana Alhafez and Stuart Vines gave me the confidence to make the purchase. Mark sent me an excellent presentation video from which I purchased the car. I would recommend them to anyone wherever they are in the country to buy an Audi.

Great and knowledgeable team at Audi Brentford, helpful and could recommend. Quick turn-around. All work done spot on as usual. **UPDATE**So, about a month ago now, I bought a car at West London Audi and the experience was far from positive (not the Sales Rep though, he was more than helpful). And I left a review outlining my dissatisfaction at my customer service experience there.But, about a week ago, Samuel - the Used Car Sales Manager at West London Audi, reached out to me to arrange a meeting at the West London showroom, as he wanted to hear directly from me about the situation in the review that I left.The situation was that the car I bought had two old, cracked tyres and one with more extensive damage on the front which I wanted changed, but the manager there at the time (not Samuel) would only agree to change one.And I discovered a day after buying the car that all of the tyres except the one that was changed were under-inflated.We met, he listened, he also explained a few things from his point of view, but ultimately Samuel made a gesture of good will which has gone some way to restoring my trust in West London Audi. I had replaced the old cracked tyre myself and he agreed to reimburse us for that outlay which was very good of him.So yes, my initial experience at West London Audi was a negative one, but Samuel was gracious and in the name of customer service made things right. And I very much appreciate that.Thank you Samuel!
