Have been with the surgery 30 years and I cannot fault them. Especially throughout the pandemic when hearing people could not get through to their GP's, we had no issues. They went above and beyond and made it so easy to speak to a GP. Brilliant practice

The doctors are very good! However, the male receptionist is very rude and will rush you off the phone and it gets very frustrating. Also, the new system in place is absolutely absurd! I have to wait almost a month just for a phone call appointment which is ridiculous! All in all, the doctors are great but the receptionist needs to improve his customer service and the new system put in place needs to be reviewed in favour of the patients.

Male receptionist thinks he’s a doctor trying to give out advice on a medical issue that he knows nothing about, he’s rude and doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing when booking people in for an appointment. Dr Rashid is one of the best doctors in the surgery also Dr Abbas.

Dr Rashid is an amazing and caring doctor, Dr M Walji is also very experienced. Just wish the new appointment system of waiting a long time for an appt would change.

The receptionist are really rude and not helpful the forget who pays the wages l will contacting the medicalboard with a massive complaint. They are so rude then they say they won't hVe anyone disrespecting them although they can disrespect you the need to look at there dignity and respect policy just call them as just had mayor operation came yesterday consultant ask me to call my GP for antibiotics.l told the receptionist at 12pm she said call back at 3pm which l did now the other said she will call me back l know she's lying but l will deal he late l will makesure she sacked from her job.

Very very bad service never ever have any appointments available the only 2 doctors that r nice are dr rashid and dr abbas.I’m always told to go to walk in centre. All the receptionist staff are sooo rude.

male receptionist is rude and very unhelpful. phone manners are practically zero, also good luck getting through to an actual doctor here and receiving help, youre better off using google and diagnosing yourself

It used to be fantastic GP but it had gone absolutely down the drain. Rude male receptionist , unhelpful and unprofessional really shouldn't be a front face of the surgery.You are sick today and they offer call back from doctor in 2 weeks! Like seriously?! How does this supposed to work. You should basically plan your sickness in advance so the doctor can call you on time !Absolute joke !

I can't fault the doctors!! Especially Dr Rashid goes above and beyond to help so many thanks. My only concern is the Male who works at the reception !! I think his professionalism shouldn't be at a doctors surgery he always rushes you off the phone and makes you feellike you shouldn't be calling, I always have to call again during the week to speak to another member and hoping I don't HAVE to deal with him. I hope further training can be giving to members of staff.
