I went into hospital with suspected sepsis due to a broken tooth so I rang and cancelled my appointment I rebooked in only to get there and be told I had been taken of the books the dentist was awere of myself being in hospital but didn't want to know.Disgusting behaviour from a dentist you should be ashamed of yourself a animal would get better treated at the vets compared to how I was treated.

I’ve visited the dentist today with Dr Marwa for some treatment.I had some bad experiences some years back which has left me very nervous but Dr Marwa understood how I felt & was absolutely amazing,I highly recommend.Thank you!

Big thank you to Marwa and Jemelia who have sorted out my partial denture. Every appointment was excellent, and the new denture is amazing. Can't believe how they have matched the colour and shape of the other side of my mouth. I really am thrilled with the result.

Dr Marwa has given me great confidence in dentistry after having had some seriously bad experiences over the past 2 years. She has been my dentist for the past year now, and every single visit has been pleasant, being accommodating and understanding with my anxiety. Absolutely amazing at what she does, I seriously highly recommend!

Receptionist really polite and welcoming. Katrina (receptionist) helped me calm down due to suffering with anxiety . Fast emergency appointments. Best dentist I’ve been to !

Shocking service. Booked a new appointment/consultation and was left waiting 40 minutes for my appointment. Nobody told me the dentist was running behind when I checked in. When I asked after 30 minutes how much longer it would be, the receptionist advised me it was just due to how long the appointments take. Asked for a refund and left. Do not recommend this practice if you value your sanity. Receptionist clearly has no customer service skills.

I work away from home quite a lot and try to get a Monday or Friday appointment to save me a lot of traveling. I have had to cancel a few appointments due to getting COVID , and they have also cancelled my appointments. I then get a warning telling me that if I cancel again they will strike me off. So perhaps I should of lied about the COVID and just turned up . Made to feel like a liar. It's also very hard to make an appointment for when you want it , you are stuck to one operative and can take up to 5/6 weeks or in my case I have to wait 8 weeks

Today I saw a lovely lady dentist Samiti who repaired my front tooth chip. It looked terrible and was very sharp to touch. I cannot believe what a magnificent job she did and the time and patience she took to build this back to a perfect tooth. I take pride in my teeth and cannot thank her enough for her professionalism in her work and i came out smiling. I apologies if I have spelt her name wrong. regards Lynne Hibbert
