Our bulldog doesn't like visiting the groomers much however, he is always well cared for and pampered here. The staff are very friendly, clearly love dogs and always reply and fit you in whenever they can. Would highly recommend

My puppy loved the experience. Couldn’t stop watching her tail for the entire duration of her groom. Tia makes the communications so easy and is so flexible in finding us an appointment. Recommend!

Completely great. My 5 month old has separation anxiety and this was his first grooming, so I was worried. I needn't have been, they managed him so well, and when I went to collect him he was calm, clean and much happier for it. And he looks beautiful. Thankyou, we'll be regulars.

The staff here are so lovely. Our pooch is always so happy and excited to go; they take such good care of her; and do the most beautiful job on her coat (Spaniel x lab).

Best groomers in Bristol.My dogs aren't huge fans of going to the groomers in general but always leave here happy, smiling and looking a million dollars!The finish is flawless!

Has been a customer for a while now and they always welcome us and taking good care of our dog. Always giving us an update if there is any possible concern spotted on skin or ears. Gladly drive almost 30min each way.

Very professional set up. Excellent service for our frankie. Warm and friendly staff who really look like they enjoy their work. Frankie was immediately made a fuss of to alleviate any stress she may of had on her birthday spa visit.Very reasonably priced and happy to reccomend.#lounge2lead

Took our 6 month old poochon Molly for her first groom and cut. Despite her separation anxiety, we were reassured when we dropped her off and again when we picked her up. A great service by friendly staff
