M1 Nails

Nice nail technician and good customer service, but no cuticle care or nail prep. BIAB was lumpy and after 4 day it’s already coming off. They asked me to pay via bank transfer or cash which was a bit odd. Price list said £35.00 which should be £24.50 with the 30% discount but I got charged £28.00 because they said that it was initially £40.00? It’s a shame because the pictures on social media look really nice, but unfortunately I think it was a very rushed job (barely 20 min) and the results were not what I expected, sorry.

I had my nails done about 5 days ago at the Northern Quarter location and my nails were done by 2 different people, not one of them cut my cuticles or pushed them back and my nails are already lifting and look like I got them done weeks ago. This is not how I expected my service to go especially considering how much I paid for them. I want a refund or some sort of infill compensation.

New location at 94-98 oldham rd, M45EB offers spa pedicure. The price is really good, and there is 30% off grand opening discount before Nov. 28!!! The spa pedicure is so good with brand new massage chairs!!!

Awful service. I was told it would be £23 for a simple French manicure but they said £33 by the end of it. All they did was buff the nail and put on a few coats. Didn’t even put it on the full nail. There were gaps. The white ends were lopsided. I asked for cuticle care and they rejected it. Manager told us to trust the nail tech even though he wasn’t even responding to our requests. After that he told of us “do you know how to speak English??” Didn’t even give us cuticle oil or hand cream.

Just got my nails done at the new Ancoats location and I love them, been going to M1 for months now and never disappointed. Peter did my nails this time and did an amazing job thank you☺️
