After some difficulty with the website functionality, I had outstanding service once I phoned in. I still think there are problems with the database (persisting wrong name on my account, for example), but always helpful when you actually get to speak to someone.

Really nice staff who are always keen to help. The drivers are very friendly and take a lot of care when delivering oil. After phoning my order in the delivery always arrives within a couple of days and the lorries are just the right size for my farm track.

Came to fill our motorhome LPG tank as no fuel stations now stock LPG in our area. Very helpful staff who offered to run me through the procedure if required, which it wasn't as it was no more difficult than at a fuel station. Price was fine too.

Good service and very courteous, but did not receive the text promised on the evening before delivery.It was fortuitous that my wife was still at home when the delivery driver appeared or it would have been a wasted journey. The driver was very helpful.
