Wow, what can I say....I have been blown away by Lucy’s service. I went to her looking for help with my 4 year old daughter’s alopecia which started over lockdown. Months of steroid cream had had no effect whatsoever. But just 2 weeks after seeing Lucy, my daughter’s hair had started to grow back and now several months later, is still growing strong. At first I had really high hopes working with Lucy. I’ve been struggling with acne for several years as well as anxiety, some of it being caused due to how much my skin has been impacting my life. I began a treatment which I was told would help balance and correct certain issues going on within my body. Lucy said she would check in on me throughout my treatment. This is when things started to break down. Communication started to fizzle. The first time I had to call her and the second time I didn’t hear from Lucy at all. Now all of a sudden Lucy gets back in contact with me. I sent an email explaining what I had been going through and would like to reschedule and I got no response.
