This is the worst car rental! Once I paid the booking, I got a call from them saying that there's no available car and they told me that I had to inform Opodo myself. After complaining, they asked me to come and once there, they would'nt give me the car!!, saying that I don't have a UK address whilst in the terms it clearly states that documents with address is needed but does not state that it has to be a UK address. They took the money just like that without refunding my money. Beware, avoid this company at all costs!!

Calling themselves EASI is a piss taker! It's so UNEASY to rent from them. UK driving licence holder must show 2 proof of address!! never seen that before EVER in the UK! And it has to be no older than 3 months! I booked via a third party with the option meet & greet" but no one came to pick me up. I rang them and was told this would cost me £3...bonkers!The were not too pushy to get me excess cover though. The car was not that great: tyre light on dashboard

This is an honest straightforward review. If you hire a car from here you have a pretty good chance of being screwed. They tried to charge for damages on the car that was mud and literally wiped off with soap and water. They tried to charge for insurance costs that were above and beyond the quote.Go to a legitimate rental. What you save upfront you will pay double for once they have run their scams.Buyer beware

Head office is AWFUL/TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT EXPLANATION. Easirent charged me 3 amounts after the rental was completed without informing me or telling what it was for. I have tried for weeks to find out why and they have not responded to my complaints. They will act nice to you but then charge you extra and ignore you. DONT USE THEM!

Worse rental company ever. Just don’t book with them. Worse service ever. Waited more than 45 min for a transfer to the actual place where to get the car. No apologies just excuses for service bad delivered.Then we arrived at the rental office and we have been left there alone waiting (AGAIN!) because the person had to pick up other people.

booked hire through Enjoy Car Hire and added excess insurance, my wife had the rental form stating only £45 owed on booking but company billed her £170 as insisted she needed their excess insurance too. Will be reporting company to FOS for miss sale of insurance

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL.. SCAMMERSDO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANYThey took 2,300 Euro from me ( as a deposit ) as I booked a long term booking . I would be refunded the money once I returned the car ... 2 months later still waiting on my money !!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID

Con-artist. We used this company and had several problems -on our booking voucher it stated provide two proofs of address, upon arrival they asked for three. They then charged £3.60 to check my address (not telling that they are actually checking if on the electoral role or not), not having faith in politics I am not registered and therefore they did believe I am who I say I am despite my proofs of address, driving license, being a regular customer ect. they refused the car, did not give a refund and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises. All in shocking customer service, intimidation and bending the terms & conditions in order to take more money from customers. Stay away from these crooks.

Easirent tried to send me away with a car that had 2 illegal front tyres. The interior looked like a major incident had occurred and I have no doubt that they would have had my £1500 deposit on my return if I hadn't refused the car. This particular car should have been reported to the police, not checked back in ready for re-hire.
