Euphorium - Hampstead Heath

I love this place but it's soooo hot in here! The staff are doing their best but they're going to melt. Please get them proper fans and air conditioning. I feel guilty when I get something to take away like I'm leaving them to suffer in there. Please take care of your staff, they are really lovely people.Also what happened to the pain au chocolat? You had the best ones in Hampstead.

Looks nice outside and is probably the best looking option if you’re by the station due to its closeness. However inside it did not match up. Had a smoothie, iced coffee and a pastry and it was not worth having again but did the job after a long walk through the park. Waitress just stares at you while looking at the menu and deciding what to have. There were bags of rubbish and the seating area was drab. One toilet behind the fridges in the kitchen area was just not really fit for purpose. If you can, definitely explore a bit more before choosing this as if I was not desperately for a sit down and a drink it would be 1 star.

Lacking serious coffee making skills. I ordered an iced mocha and received a cup of toilet water with a dash of coffee. Even by looking at it, I could tell it was not an iced mocha and after tasting it, my judgement was confirmed. I kindly reminded the staff that I ordered an iced mocha and that what I received neither looked nor tasted like one. The white man had the audacity to look at my equally as white drink and claimed it WAS an iced mocha (no chocolate had entered my cup, I was sure). After feeling shamed and the man gaslighting me, I no longer had the confidence to ask again. I paid FOUR POUNDS for absolute garbage and a horrible start to my day. Do not go here!!

Not the best cafe I have been too, but did what I needed it to do. Coffee was hot and pastry was feeling of a little damp

The food was great but the service was horrible. The waitress lied to me about wifi. Ive no idea why i asked her nicely. When i asked, she said “the wifi isnt working”, i came w my friend who’s been there before (so his wifi autoconnect, super good speed). Found a random paper with wifi code on it and i connect it, works just fine. Secondly, i ordered scones, waited so long so i asked, she said “we gave it to someone else” without even saying sorry. I was pissed then only later they send me my scones with apologies. I was too annoyed with what happened.

Visited Euphorium cafe in Hampstead Heath this afternoon with a friend. The lady who was on the til was rude and unfriendly. We were sitting at a table in the cafe but my friend's coffee came in a cardboard cup and she had to collect it from the counter area herself. I ordered a toasted Sandwich which I also had to collect from the counter, it was on the side wrapped up in a paper bag. I then had to go back to the counter again to ask for a plate for my sandwich and a knife to cut it with, whilst other people who ordered hot sandwiches had their orders brought to their tables on plates and were given China cups and saucers. I have attached a photo of the bathroom floor which was filthy along with a photo of 3 huge bags of rubbish which were piled beside the wall in the cafe and put me off my food. Sandwich wasn't very tasty. Will not be returning, poor service, poor food and dirty environment. Also expensive, paid just under £18 for 2 sandwiches, a coffee and a water. Avoid.

Charged £22.40 for a flat white. Lady who was dining in also mistakenly" overcharged as well as the lady behind me. No apology offered at all

Terrible service Manager Will needs to be fired. The waitress needs to get some anti depresents, talking of her life all the time everywhere and then projecting onto others. There is one good Manager on shift she should run the whole place friendly and kind and respectful. Sadly this is not reflected in the service when Will is in charge. I think he should do office admin then hel know true service. I think the Cafe can charge more for the area and pay a little bit more to the staff but that wont fix the service.

I chose this café as it was the only one on the street with high chairs. All the tables were taken with people on their laptops not eating. The staff didn’t care and didn’t do anything.
