I cannot thank enough! Saved my bacon and squeezed me in last minute after being let down by another salon the day before my honeymoon. Christmas nails taken off and new ones put on! Technicians were lovely and love my pastel tips. Can't recommend enough.

Very poor customer service, paid £40 for a full set of acrylic nails with gel overlay that didn’t even last a week. Was left with a couple of nails 2 days into my holiday which were then easily removed. I went into the salon to explain on my return from holiday to be told “how do we know you haven’t removed them yourself to get a free set of nails”. Offered to show them pictures or the actual full nails how they came off, but they showed no interest. Just offered me a half price set I wanted them done there again. Don’t waste your time and money here, especially if they are for an occasion as you may also be left disappointed.

Passion is a small place which offers a good range of treatments but, the quality of the experience depends on who you get as your therapist. For nails - ask for the owner.

Really disappointed with this nail salon. I visited the salon last week to have some acrylic nail extensions done and a week later they were peeling off, crumbling along the bottom and sides and lifting. I went back into the salon today to show them and ask what could be done, I got told that it ‘was normal for acrylics’ and that I should just pay to get some infills done. Absolutely couldn’t believe what I was hearing, such a shame as well as the girls in there were lovely. I’m just really disappointed and feel like it’s such a waste of £35...I would not recommend getting your nails done here as after having this problem with my nails, lots of other people have told me they have had the same issue there too - although I can’t speak for any other products and treatments that they offer.

I have been going to Passion Nail and Beauty for a number of years. I have always found them very professional. Jayne Allen is a very talented Nail Artist, and her nail art never ceases to amaze me. Her staff - Emma, Rachel and Megan are always very polite and professional, which makes a lovely experience while you are having your treatments done. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a beauty salon that is professional and cares about their customers.

Fantastic service, I go every two weeks and the girls are brilliant talented beauty technicians. Always friendly helpful and polite, plus a coffee is always ready for you as you walk in what more can you want!
