Lovely little hotel and bar, lovely staff and they don't do food but they allow you to bring in your own....so we took in a kebab and Sarah the bar person got us plates, knives and forks and got rid of our rubbish. Prices were good and the town its in has plenty going on. Walks along the canal and we had breakfast in the community centre which was a little overpriced but friendly, they also have a collection of shops and a museum.

Had a fun drink in here after work on Friday. Great fun atmosphere. Locals obviously absolutely love it. Made to feel very welcome and very enjoyable. Loved the Game of Thrones Dragon chair as well!

Stopped in on our way back from Wells carnival to Bath and was welcomed with drunks and drugs openly being used, customers stole my belonging whilst the managers watched on, then upon leaving, my daughter was attacked by the managers daughter(Adele?) and as I tried to help my daughter the Son(Luke) and other fellow customers viscously attacked myself causing a broken wrist and hand and facial bruising!! So unless you want a brawl I would avoid this awful place at all costs!!!!

Worst place we've stayed in. Very dirty , however the bed was clean and the bathroom was just about bearable. Never again

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I think those who posted one star reviews must have stayed at a different place. Whilst not luxurious ( rated 3star ) the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money. Staff and locals in the bar friendly. A good affordable place to stay.

It's a pub with rooms upstairs. What more can be said?If only the proprieters would have the sense to ban the local drug dealer [Mr. Pratten, AKA, Herby] of Old England Way, Peasedown St. John, BA2 8TL, and his awful, disgusting, vile family.Herby served ten years inside! These over powering 'low-life' parasites ruin everything for everyone else.It 'COULD' be a lovely pub, and so conveniently located.

The room, can't fault. Roomy, warm, comfortable, well equipped, has personality, clean. Would 100% reccomend it.Great parking.Good location to get about. The 3 star, no food that day as prepping for the next day? The whole day...The following morning checking out, pubs shut?I'd stay again though.
