Good shop great staff, allot like screwfix all the same stuff but usually they have everything in unlike screwfix, very cheap and prime place for other building merchants, Wilson rd lots of other shops and merchants.

Branch was asked twice to cancel an order and have still done nothing about it. Of course, Toolstation as a company has a totally archaic web system, dating back to the last millennium so there is no way to just do this online. But generally the branches are better than this. 2 stars instead of just 1 as the Huyton branch is not as bad in other areas.

The service here is always excellent and the staff are very helpful. I have used the click and collect service several times and it has always been a smooth, trouble free, process.The store is well stocked with a very wide range of products at very reasonable prices.To summarise:Excellent service and great range of products.

Giving this a 3 star since they got half of my order correct.I created a click and collect order online, only to pick it up and only half of the order was correct.When asked about alternatives the lad behind the counter didn't bother looking up an alternative himself and said 'you'll have to look in the catalogue or online'Im all for being helpful but thats lazy.Even looking myself and then giving a few codes to him, i still came away with half of my order, and a refund for the other half.Overall not a bad service, just plain lazy.
