Service at drive through was shocking. Took ages to order. The women at the window was also rude, gave us the wrong drink and also the snack wrap wasn’t toasted as it should be. Wasn’t worth the hassle to complain as it took long enough already to order.

Food is what you expect from a KFC which is very tasty. It was quite busy with deliveries and drive through orders, so it took around 10 mins, not the fastest, but it was fine.This particular branch felt a bit dark and dingy, it was oddly cold next to the windows that day.

Food was spot on as always, loving the new seasoned chips.Service also spot also and food was ready in minutes.Only let down was some of the tables needing wiped down and unfortunately it wasn't that busy with sit ins when we went in. Other than that a solid 4.5 outta 5.

The food used to be good. But this time its awful. The chips and the drumstick was fine, but chicken fillet in the burger was rubbery and chewy, almost not edible. The corn had a strong chemical-y smell, I couldn't eat it at all. Please do quality checks on food before putting out to the public, it was truly awful.

Asked for side ribs or side breast , girl n the drive through kept saying what what , seemed she's not happy came to work eh, anyway I ordered a 10 piece got 5 legs , when I clearly said I don't like legs give me other parts or just don't give me it , then was told ita £21 then at the window it's £24 , first time and last time , please Avoid this kfc
