Well what can i say... absolutely amazing spoke to a lady on the phone who very kindly sorted out to come and see me about some issues i had with my previous phone supplier, she came out to see me and explained everything in full which i was at first hesitant as im not really good with technical things but explained things so i understood abit clearer, fast forward to now ive just had my phones installed and they are absolutely amazing (better than the rubbish that kept cutting out i had before) and are so easy to use took my team about 20 mins to understand how they work. Really chuffed and would recommend to anyone looking for a new system for their own buisnesses. A huge thanks to all the guys at cleartech!!

We spoke to a lady called Trudy who was absolutely fantastic and you could tell she was a lovely down to earth person. After plusnet told us they are no longer doing business accounts anymore we need another service provider. She was so helpful from start to finish and nothing was too much for her. We has new phones and she explained everything in details for us. We would recommend cleartech to any business needing phones or broadband or both.

It's early days, but the install went without hitch. This phone system has not failed once. Everything does as it should. I have only needed technical support once. Call was answered by within a few rings. The changes to our system was made within 3 hours. The sales person Toby was honest and up front about the length of the contract term and ACTUAL monthly costs. (Do not be afraid to ask these details upfront). Other companies offer a 24 month discounted contract where costs then double for another 5 years afterwards by highly questionable marketing practices. Cleartech have so far honoured all their commitments to me and the contract. Louise in customer services has been very helpful too. I hope it continues in the same way.

Cleartech have been outstanding in their communication. Andy the engineer, visited us several times and we found his delightful. He want above and beyond. The installation was seamless and faultless. We couldn't thank Andy enough! 10/10

I wouldn't recommend this company unfortunately. We were unfortunately mis sold a system that proved to be unsatisfactory to our needs. I have been tirelessly requesting they address this for months on end and I have gotten nowhere. They seem to be a great team, and the engineers we have dealt with have been great. However the sales person who initially came out promised us a number of things that simply were not included in our package at all. We were never given a contract to confirm, just simply a rough quotation. Now we are being told the call reporting package wasn't included.As a small business, I just feel let down. I would strongly advise you steer clear.

From the initial visit to signing up, was a really informative process and they explained everything I needed to know and made the decision really easy to make.Following signing up for the new system Cleartech were very quick and efficient in organising the installation date to suit my requirements. The guys who then came in on the day were brilliant. Can't thank them enough for all their help, knowledge and the seamless transfer to their service. They installed everything and then set about training us how to use the phones to get the most out of them. They spent time with each person and didn't stop until everyone was happy.I would highly recommend Cleartech if you need great service for broadband or telecoms as these guys know what their stuff and do what they say on the tin.A big thank you from myself and my team at Craftwork Upholstery.

The staff are so friendly, at my mothers business, after her being completely ripped off by her last phone company have come and saved her from paying thousands to get out of her awful contract, she’s over the moon with her new handsets and I find them so much easier to use now too, also a massive thank-you to Andy who came to install our new kit he was blooming amazing as my mother put it, thanks guys!
