They are so lovely the people who work here and thank you for doing my dad funeral it means alot to my family and they helpful and I couldnt of ask for better send off for him thank you again guys

After looking around at multiple funeral directors, J F Thompson & Sons was by far the best. After suddenly losing our dad, both Kim and Courtney was extremely accommodating towards me and my sisters. They both made everything so much easier and was so pure and kind! We felt like part of the family - they was so comforting towards us. She really looked after my dad, allowing us to pop in whenever and made the worst situation ever a little easier. I definitely will never go anywhere else with special ones x

Can’t thank these lovely people enough. They looked after my mum so beautifully and my family too. The personal touch, the little things that people who are passionate about their professionalism do mean so much and I couldn’t have asked for any more. My family are grateful for all you did for our mum. I knew I was right in coming to them, I wanted the best and I got the best.

I can't fault the service that my family received from Kimberley, Countney and the team. My Dad was treated with respect, and the rest of my family with a great deal of compassion. The communication throughout has been excellent - Kimberley has consistently gone the extra mile throughout, and my family just feel so thankful. Kimberley said that she'll treat my Dad like she would her own, and I believe that to be true. Nothing about the process was business-like. Kimberley sourced a celebrant named Andrew for my Dad's funeral. My Dad would have loved both Kimberley and Andy - the service was lovely. It was touching, uplifting, personal and meaningful. During this incredibly challenging time due to the virus, processes have changed daily. My family have been kept updated throughout.Kimberley, Courtney and Andrew - my family will forever be in your debt.Thank you so much.

Can't thank these enough for the treatment and dignity of their conduct with arranging my Grandad's funeral. Very professional, compassionate and my Grandad looked like he was peacefully asleep.I also want to say a big thank you to Courtney. I am so glad we chose Kimberley and Courtney to look after my grandad. They are both so kind and compassionate. Losing my grandad was hard, but knowing these two were looking after him was comforting to our family. Lovely ladies, they should be proud.
