Excellent experience all the way from booking my appointment by telephone which was polite and super efficient to how I was greeted on arrival for my check up by the practice receptionist . My dentist and dental nurse were equally welcoming and professional, and my visit was topped off by excellent treatment and advice from the hygienist. The premises are spotlessly clean and all equipment seemed state of the art to my untrained eye. First class/ professional practice.

Nicola da Cunha at this practice is excellent. So patient and thorough. Takes extra care to check that I’m getting what I want. Utterly professional. Has some great techniques to help me with gagging issues. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Awful dentist that despite you being entitled to free dental care on NHS due to your circumstances, they will charge you up to £200 per filling saying that's their price or go elsewhere.Should not be allowed.They also want expensive deposits to book any future appointments. Avoid.I went to another dentist and the fillings were free!

I always have such a wonderful experience at Orchard Green. Lovely, helpful reception staff and very kind, professional, understanding dentists. Dr Gauri Mehra is excellent and provides a very high standard of care.The practice is very clean.

Orchard Green Dental Practice
I have a very challenging cavity, at the back of a molar where the wisdom tooth grew into it. Very reassuring dentist and assistant.Played calming music and pictures of the sky on the ceiling. They ask you to hold up your hand if you want them to stop and any point. Procedure was fine, will need to wait and see how the filling is!

A friendly and efficient service. I'm always a bit nervous when I first get onto the dentist's chair but it was a gentle examination and the dentist put me at ease(The only minor down point in my view was the choice of music in the reception which was far from relaxing and a bit annoying. I much preferred it when they played nature videos on the TV which were very calming.)

My first visit since the pandemic started. The whole place has been refreshed. Staff and dentist were friendly and welcoming. I found the whole experience relaxing.Hard to see how it could be improved, but wheelchair users would find access challenging.
