Lovely people but honestly the most dilapidated messy abandoned store of any kind 8ve genuinley ever seen. 3 hours would have it looking lovely I don't understand why they don't do it? I'd do it for them. Get in touch with me! Also it's 5 past there's a huge queue forming but the woman is prioritising stacking toilet rolls rather than opening the door for business at the time they should be open....

Love this chemist. The staff will do everything in their power to help people such as ordering in items not found in other pharmacies. The'yre always busy, because so popular i guess- but make time to get to know you .Rob and his team have a great rapport with customers.

These guys are so so lovely, so helpful, patient, caring and do their absolute best for their customers at very difficult times for all. Always rushed off their feet and work so hard. Am so grateful to each and every member of staff here, you have been a godsend to me with my medication. Cannot thank you enough for all you do. Wish all chemists were like this one. Wonderful people x

Amazing service during an exceptionally busy time yesterday. So impressed how the lady managed the endless requests for prescriptions and went that extra mile for customers…. she seemed to know every customer by name and still took time to ask how they were whilst bagging up meds. The Pharmacist was extremely helpful too. Well done Team Vantage.

Very unprofessional, the worst experience I’ve ever had. Just as another reviewer has said shocked at their behaviour.Used my name and other patient names when talking about diagnosis and medications.Should have a number system in place so they aren’t using patient names. Don’t seem very well trained/knowledgeable.There was an staff members under age kid running around the back of pharmacy, surely that’s dangerous with controlled drugs?I saw customers get shouted at, both inside and in the doorway so that people on the street could hear. Such lower class and horrendous behaviour. I’ve never seen anything like it.Doesn’t feel very clean inside, run down. Will always request my prescriptions are sent to a more professional establishment in future.

Rob and the team here put their heart and soul into their work. With the closure of pharmacies around horsham, queuing times have gone up here but never once have I came in and had a bad experience, waiting times aside. The smiles and jokes the team make always have me leaving with a smile of my own

Rob and team are always friendly, helpful, and gracious - even in the face of impatient and rude customers! They are under a lot of pressure and of course this reflects in queues and waiting times, which no-one can control. Feel sorry that they have to deal with abusive people banging on the doors and yelling at them

Very inefficient. Never been in and out quickly, always a long wait, really should have more staff. Staff are nice but taking ages to serve people by giving unsolicited advice when there is a super long queue is not a good idea. Also close for very long lunch and never answer the phone.

The staff are great all friendly, very helpful, polite and around nice people to talk to and to ask a question. Apart from the staff being great, the shop is located in roffey surrounded by other shops, you can always normally buy what you went there for. The only problem is that the shop is very small and there are always ques when going there to pick up or buy somethink. The queuing times can be long, 20mins at times. The que can be going out the front door. Again the shop is nice although small, the staff are great, polite and friendly, I think if the store had a better in-store system or online system giving more ways to buy or pick up prescriptions then I would give it 5 stars I gave it 4 at a push and reason being I no the staff and there nice helpful people.

This place is so dirty and it's a mess. I won't be getting any more prescriptions from here. Look at the dust on those boxes. It's like going back to the 70's. The service is great but omg it needs a clean
