One of the most helpful opticians I've ever been to. This branch really set the highest standards for this business. Always so lovely and clean inside and the staff and the most helpful lovely bunch. Recommended all my family to join this instead of a different opticians. I really wish I got the names of the ladies who helped me on the day but every time I visit I always leave happy :) thanks for all your help

Best Vision Express I've been to. All staff were so friendly and the kindness shown by optometrist Julie on my visit was amazing, I forget the lady's name who helped me with purchasing the glasses but she was lovely too. Also I got told 2 weeks for my glasses to come in and they came in 3 days so bigger bonus!Thank you!!

I got my new pair of glasses. It was not go on plan as some issue but the staff helped me to redo my eye test and fix the problem of glasses. Highly recommended for the following reasons: very friendly, supportive, professional and the opening hours are longer than other glasses shops. Highly recommended and will use them again.

I couldn't fault my experience at the Gateshead branch. The staff were super helpful & caring. I'm currently having treatment for cancer & while making my appointment the receptionist said she would make a note asking the optician & other staff to wear a mask. The optician & member of staff who helped me choose my glasses were extremely kind & patient in helping me choose. The shop was spotlessly clean. I would recommend the Gateshead branch to friends & family .

Great person who tested eyes thats all I can say I picked glasses with help of staff I have a high prescription asked if lenses will not hang over frame was told no aslong as I get thin lenses payed 120 extra came to store to collect and glasses lenses can be seen not happy when told would be fine then to feal like it was my fault as I asked all the questions right aswell !! They will be fine in frame she said payed extra still not right staff need training and Ave been lied too by staff

Booked an appointment for an eye test for 12.05pm. However, it was clear that the store was very busy on arrival and I was told at reception that appointment times were running 15 minutes behind at that point. However, this was not really a problem to me and, on leaving afterwards, it was clear that the staff had managed to get through the back log. The staff were very polite and professional throughout, explaining the various tests being carried out on my eyes and then running through the results afterwards. The overall experience was good and I will be happy to return again in the future.

This store is the ultimate experience in chaos. Every time you order lenses they make you take another eye test. They do not keep accurate records. You pay for lenses that just don’t arrive and then when you go down to the store to try and pick up your reorder they can’t find them anywhere. You are kept waiting for an hour whilst they scramble to locate your paid for order. That was never placed. Such ineptitude. No apologies from Christopher
