Would like to give a huge thank you to the girls in this shop last Wednesday just before closing when there was an all mighty rain/hail storm. They ushered us in (we were a party of 3 including myself on a mobility scooter ) to shelter from the rain in the warmth then dried our bags and gave us 3 of there shop bags to replace the now soaked carriers from the Christmas Market.Above and beyond comes to mind. As I was spending the day in Bath I took an online order in to return rather than trusting posting it at the moment.I was served by Natasha who went above and beyond to help me. The system wouldn't recognise my order so she phoned customer services to get it done and even phoned me three hours later to reassure me that it had been processed and my refund was on the way.The sort of customer service you don't often get these days: Thank you Natasha.

Wow!! Rude Rude Rude!! The lady who I can only assume is the manager made a massive mistake this morning when she approached my wife, son and myself and asked if we needed any help. I said we were only 'mooching' i.e casually browsing. She looked us up and down, as we weren't dripping in designer branded clothing or shoes, she promptly said.....the sale racks are over there and gesticulated to the opposite side of the store.You should perhaps watch the film Pretty Woman and never judge a book by its cover.You're a fool, not only did you lose our trade today, we will never on principle shop with your chain. You're a disgrace to your profession and should be ashamed of yourself for stereotyping people as 'white trash'.I may even write to the CEO of Russell and Bromley as I am so offended by your dismissive demeanor!!

Very helpful staff, I went with a friend who bought shoes in April but they'd started falling apart, they replaced them and helped her pick the best best thing! Very clean and very good quality shoes!!

Afraid we weren't even acknowledged when we were in the store. Disappointing customer service experience.

Very small selection of men’s stock. Roughly 25% of the shop was men’s stock. When you walk into the shop all you see is women’s shoes across the front. Very disappointing!

Never feeling welcome everytime i came ,when there a month ago on my Birthday to buy Green Croc boots but i change my mind, they just busy laughing and talking by the desk .

Always superb staff and service, with a great range of shoes to fit all occasions.
