Fantastic place to relax for a holiday, and supporting a charity also makes you feel good about it. Lovely spacious rooms and comfy beds. I slept very well and was very relaxed throughout my stay. Fantastic views from my room too!

The quality of this place starts with the those that look after us, the cleaners, dining room staff, security, all scross the board..... Cannot praise the physios etc enough, so many owe their enhanced quality of life to these people. Thank you......GT

Great venue for rest and relaxation, plenty of walks to go on nearby , Food is fantastic, Pool and gym on site, friendly staff all round.

What an amazing place. I felt at home straight away. Staff were so good here, they accommodate to your every need. Facilities are great! Food is also very good and chef is very accommodating. Everything you could every need for a week away to cater to your every health needs.

I was accessing hydrotherapy as part of my recovery from a broken leg. Efficient, friendly and wonderful facilities. The pool was great, everything sparkling clean, and my therapist was very encouraging and engaged with my progress.

The Fire Fighters Charity
I stayed here for only 1 night, while on a personal 75 mile run for the fire fighters charity. The room was one of the largest that I have stayed in. The staff in reception were very helpful and welcoming. Also the night security guy was also helpful in accommodating me with a plaster for my chin. ( Sorry, sorry, but wound did leak over pillow, sheet & bath towel). Enjoyed my time here, as little as it was. Thanks again. Colin

We use the swimming pool facility for my son's weekly lessons. Very good place, but it isn't open to the public in general.

A great place to stay and enjoy the professional assistance required to aid recovery, and to understand how to deal with any injury or mental health issues. The friendly staff make your stay here a comfortable and happy one. The rooms are spacious, airy, and very clean. The food that is supplied is varied and of an excellent standard. You will not go hungry here. It is everything that you would expect it to be and then some. Best decision that I made this year was to book in at Marine Court, Littlehampton. Thank you to all the staff. You are great.
