Had a call from housing association to visit the house after the call i called my dentist to change the date because i wont be able to make it and been told the money paid 49.00 needs to be made again to book for another date or change because i did not call in 24 hours.Appointment was at 9 am when i called them its 9:30 day before and i had call from housing association at 9:20 how do i manage to give you a call before 24 hours if I received it less than that ?Anyway you earned £49.00 for 30 minutes.

A very professional, friendly, and caring dentist. I was also impressed with the patient service provided by the staff. My son and I visited the office for a dental examination. I was advised to wear a night guard following a careful evaluation of my teeth. The dentist and staff were very patient with my naughty child and entertained him until our appointment was completed. I highly recommend this practice.

Waited 4 months for an appointment last year to have it cancelled a week before it was due. They’ve now removed me as an NHS patient and won’t let me rejoin.

Waste of time drove 30 minutes to the address on Google maps which was wrong location. Finally found it 7 minutes late to get told the appointment has be rescheduled for another day
