Had a new alarm fitted in Spring 2022. Salesman was polite and knowledgeable, and was able to fit us in for installation prior to our holiday. The installer was first class, and made a clean and tidy job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Person came to power down the alarm system. Two batteries out, one fuse out and wire out. Finished this in exactly 5 minutes. Total bill for the 5 minutes was £178.56. Even the chap felt guilty giving me the bill. We are both over 80 and this charge seems quite scandalous. A rip-off. Please use another firm if you need any security at your premises.

Annual survey recently completed.Booking date was easy to arrange, and company easily accepted my need to change the date once.Engineer arrived on time, was efficient, helpful, answered my ,occasionally simple, questions with politeness, and with easily understandable language.All in all a good experience.
