we cleaned our (new) ulster carpet using a vax that we've used may times on wool mix carpets and it shrank. Their rep basically lifted up the corner of the carpet to see the back and a week later we got a report saying that it was our fault. Lesson here is if you want to clean your crapet dont buy ulster
