The team at Harvey Robinson have been excellent. James was knowledgeable about the properties we viewed and was able to answer all our questions. We soon found the most amazing flat with pretty well everything we could ask for and are delighted to now be the proud owners of it. A special thanks to James Dean who was always available to reassure us and to patiently but persistently nudge the process on to completion.

Not being based in the Huntingdon area, I was anxious about how the sale of my aunt's house, needed to fund her care home fees, might proceed. I need not have worried. From the very first meeting with Jodie Craig of the Huntingdon office of Harvey Robinson, I felt confident that the sale was in competent and very capable hands. This feeling was reinforced by all the subsequent contacts I had with Jodie and her team. Whilst I was sure they have many properties to deal with on a daily basis, their detailed attention to what was a relatively modest transaction was exemplary. In addition, I was very satisfied with the contractors that were sourced both for the cleaning of the house before the launch of the property on the market and the final clearance, which removed another potential source of anxiety for me. When I made my final visit to ensure that everything was in good order, I thought the interior of the house looked really clean and positively welcoming. We recently bought our house through Harvey Robinson and worked with Jodie throughout the whole process. From our initial offer on the house to completion 9 months later (not through any fault of of Harvey Robinson!) Jodie worked hard the entire time and kept us up to date throughout, putting up with every question I had for her without betraying an ounce of impatience! She was reliable, efficient and pleasant to work with the entire time and whenever we had to speak to another staff member, we were greeted with the same level of excellent care. Our experience in renting a property with Harvey Robinson was excellent! All of the staff are friendly and helpful but Aly Phoenix was amazing! She was so professional and she went above and beyond to help us with everything. The communication was great and she responded to all my queries very swiftly. I recommend her highly.
