Great venue, with a booming but accurate account of the overall sound, akin to the Barrowland, or the old Fruit market. Much preferable to the soulless SEC or Hydro in my opinion.The cost of alcohol is ridiculous, but then, where isn't it for a gig/concert?Easy to get to, especially if you're in the city centre beforehand. Just jump on the underground to Bridge Street, and you're there.

Honestly just a really bang average venue. The balcony looks cool, but Usher Hall does it better. The capacity is nice for larger but not quite arena level artists, but the Barrowlands do it better. Drinks are exorbitantly priced, you can automatically add on an extra £10 for any merch items when at the O2 because of their sales rates and artist tax

I've had a few gigs here now and its our favourite venue now. You can get a good view just about anywhere you're standing. Wait times aren't too bad since theres a few different bars.It's within walking distance of the city centre, with Subway close by too.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I’m a wheelchair user and someone is always outside to greet us and guide us in through the side door. These staff are always so friendly and helpful. There are two areas now where wheelchair users can go but I stick to the bit further from the bar and closer to the stage. You are somewhat dependent on other gig-goers being nice and not surrounding you but they usually are. It’s a good view not too far from the stage and I feel more ‘in it’ than some venues where wheelchair users are shoved off to the side. I’ve had some amazing experiences here, twice members of the staff or crew have given me plectrums that were thrown in the crowd which is so kind and made me so happy! The staff are patient and keep an eye out to make sure everyone is ok, it seems like a really good team and that makes such a difference.

Amazing experience and the staff were incredibly helpful. They clearly had control of every situation and were fast to respond when needed, kind and conscience. The best venue I've been to without question.

Fantastic venue for an event. My first time attending for an IMPACT Wrestling show and the atmosphere was just electric. All staff were lovely and doing their jobs brilliantly. Will attend future events!
