The receptionist was lively nothing against her but the two female dentist are extremely extremely rude don’t have a clue what they are doing just covered a broken dead wisdom tooth and the one besides it with a temp filling and told me to get j to a dentist when in fact everyone knows it’s about a two year waiting list and I’m sorry I’m in more pain now than I was before and they have even knocked my jaw out off alignment and they are horrible rude and disrespectful they stand there for half off your appointment chatting shut to each other before even starting to think that your there

From first call to paying the bill I had a great experiance with these people. Chris on reception was wonderfull and found me an appointment to suit me. The dentist and the nurse found my issue instantly and fixed the tooth.First time in months Ive been pain free.Thank you so much.

I went for a tooth extraction recently and unfortunately it was botched the now rotting root was left in my mouth and she's left a hole in the other tooth that was behind the one she was extracting now possibly getting two extra teeth removed due to the poor extraction that was performed as they have said they don't have the records of such appointment it was an emergency appointment made through 111 and now I have to be on a high dosage of antibiotics to stop the infection that has spread to my tonsils and throat so id stay far away from rejuvadent

On Sunday 19th March i had an emergency appointment via 111, im terrified of dentist. I got to see a male dentist (wish i knew his name to write it). He made me feel so at ease, talked me through everything before he did it. He ended up taking the remaining part out from a broken tooth. Hope if i need to be seen again it will be him. The dental nurse was also lovely and made me feel at ease.Also thank you to the receptionist. She was lovely.Thank you to all of you

I couldn't get an appointment locally so called 111. I have to wait 2 days and travel 30 miles to Hull which Is the only downside but I am grateful that some dentist surgeries such as Rejuvadent offer these emergency appointments, not much is worse than toothache and without them there would be a lot of people in a lot of pain...Hopefully the treatment will match the service so far

Went with emergency appointment, paid £25 to be told could take tooth out but nothing else, it was my front tooth!!!

I cannot fault my experience from walking in to leaving,I'm very nervous of dentist but receptionist was lovely and helpful,the male dentist I seen was so reassuring,from walking in to having my treatment to leaving was less than 20 minutes,I have never had a more better experience in my life,the injection was easy,the first time its ever worked for me first time without having it topped up,I was so at ease everyone was so nice I honestly can't thank these enough,thanks guys who helped me I really appreciate it

Visited your clinic today ( 11.30) was met with a lovely caring, very informative staff. Clear and precise in all information given before each step. Made the visit very positive. I really would recommend this clinic to anyone with anxiety around dentists. Have a lovely day further ladies.

I went this morning for emergency treatment.The receptionist was lovely, the dentist was lovely too. Very professional and reassuring.The injection didn't hurt and the extraction literally took 2 secondsI was working half an hour later. When the anesthetic wore off it wasn't even sore. Qish they were my regular dentist.

Arrived at 8am for a 8.30am appointment. Was told that I would not be seen because their card machine was broken. Very rude receptionist told me she had called me to say I needed to be pay cash, my fault for not listening to voice mails, which I was not alerted to. Regardless I do not expect to receive such rudeness. Avoid at all costs if this is the first interaction with the service I am pleased I didn't get to be seen.
