Multi-Crete Concrete & Concrete Pumping

Company were most abligeing and helpful next day delivery the driver was most courteous and helpful.we would recommend the company to anyone.

Excellent assistance from the driver Fraser.Being the sceptical type, I guess my defences were up slightly as I had heard stories of other concrete providers being a little underhand with tactics to charge more than originally quoted.I need not have worried at all with Muli-Crete.The delivery driver - Fraser - was nice and early and explained the process very well. The time clock is running on this type of delivery from when the [volumetric] mixer commences pouring so you have to have your wits about you and have the labour in place otherwise, anything over your half hour pour time can start costing you an additional £2 plus VAT per minute 'waiting time'. I had help at hand so was able to beat the clock and come in under time!Additionally, because I used less than the quoted amount (around 10%) this saving was passed on to me which paid for my assistants labour time.Well worth looking at the Volumetric type providers where you only pay for what you use as opposed to the deliveries that load up ready-mixed concrete and either dump the excess on you or leave if you have used up the amount you have ordered.I will be recommending Mulit-Crete to all of the builder chaps that I mix with socially as I know some of them have been stung by other providers.I rarely leave reviews but am more than happy to do so for Mulit-Crete and their fab' driver/operator Fraser.10/10.

Brilliant service, excellent Staff. With the cement being mixed on site there was no waste. The pumping service, turned a difficult job in easy one. With a skilled operator there was little racking and tamping required

Good communication as to when the concrete will arrive.Friendly driver who didn't over fill the wheel barrow and made no mess.You only pay for what you use, I had practically no waste.

Absolutely shocking driving standards demonstrated by one of their employees, using their HGV as an offensive weapon! I sent an e-mail to their web-site contact, but they did not bother to reply. We can only take it that management condone the practice of reckless driving to save 5 seconds of travelling time. I have now sent my dashcam video to the police.

I used Multi-crete for both the footings and oversite of my domestic extension. On both occasions the drivers were really helpful and nice chaps, even helping barrow in the concrete (which is above and beyond their job).Their office staff are always polite and helpful on the phone, giving accurate times etc and even sending a text when the driver is on his way.
