We are currently using Hylie to assist with our third kitchen refurbishment in 10 years (in different houses....!), and she has done all three. She is a pleasure to work with and will go the extra mile to ensure every detail is well executed. Hylie's showroom is modest and I assume that helps her to keep her prices reasonable. But don't let that make you think this is a modest operation ... Hylie is professional, experienced and has a great team around her, and she outclasses the local competition.

I cannot recommend Hylie and her fabulous team (Laura and Arleta) enough.I chose to use Imaggio Interiors on seeing the fantastic number of excellent reviews.Hylie came to my house for a free consultation and we discussed what I wanted. She then mocked up what the kitchen would look like on a computer 3D image (which was extremely helpful), and we went from there.I'm due to have a baby imminently, so it was important to me that all the work was completed on time. Despite Rangemaster assuring Imaggio on numerous occassions that my sink would be delivered by a certain date, (Hylie and her team make a point of following up with their suppliers on a weekly basis), there were supply issues which meant that my sink still hadn't arrived the day before the worktop was due to be fitted - and you can't fit the worktop without the sink in place! So Hylie took it upon herself to drive all the way to Bristol to fetch the last remaining model of the sink that I'd ordered. If that's not good customer service then I don't know what it!Hylie, Laura and Arleta were a real pleasure to deal with - extremely patient, courteous, and always on the end of the phone to deal with any queries I had. They were extremely efficient too - probably because they are a team of women rather than men!You can tell that they really value each and every customer, and feel extremely proud of their work. Use Imaggio, you won't regret it!

I used Imaggio interiors for my kitchen. It was not built to plan and it took twice as long as originally promised. Much of the work was done at the last minute and during non-business hours. Half of the kitchen is useless and dangerous because they didn’t get simple depth measurements on the storage units and bench top space correct. Also, the materials used were inferior and continue to chip. Avoid this company and their subcontractors. Since posting this review Imaggio Interiors have asked I remove it or they will pursue legal action. Such a headache.

I visited Imaggio back in September 2021 and was greeted by Hylie. We vibed immediately and we talked through the design ideas I had for my kitchen. She was genuinely really excited and wanted to work with me. There were no no's"... anything I suggested she agreed to or advised of alternative ways to make the design work (this differed greatly from another interior designer I'd visited who was obstructive and unhelpful).I had a budget that I wanted to work with and again

We remodelled our kitchen and bathroom with Hylie and her team. I’m very happy with the result, both in terms of the design and the quality of the material. We found the team very professional and friendly. Hylie made sure that we spent as much time as we needed on the design and incorporated our suggestions in the best possible way. We found it very valuable that she offered ideas on how to prioritize the changes and details we had in mind considering our budget. Highly recommended team

What can I say - a great experience from start to finish. Hylie was so responsive during the design process and really listened to us while suggesting some great ideas / solutions. We were then amazed that the fitting would start within 2 months of us agreeing the design. Artur did a phenomenal job of the fitting including the painful tiling thanks to the awkward design we chose. His attention to detail and Hylie's is second to none. And the whole thing was completed 4 days earlier than the 4 week estimate we were given. I had gone into the process of a new kitchen expecting it to be difficult and take longer and cost more than anticipated and the complete opposite was true. Highly recommend. It’s difficult to express how happy I am, with every aspect of the service I received from Imaggio Interiors. It started with Hylie’s impeccable and innovative kitchen design. It’s a real pleasure to be in the hands of such an expert in her field, who understands every spatial and technical nuance; and interpreted the brief in a way I never could. The design was exquisite, it delivered everything I wanted both functionally and aesthetically. The kitchen itself was of superb quality, and Artur, who was responsible for the overall implementation and delivery, is a master craftsman. His attention to detail is so high, and the overall finish is impeccable. Just a word also, for Arleta in the showroom, who looked after my every need, and is an absolute superstar.
