Ordered through boilerjuice, driver called to say he was going to deliver, but never turned up, 5 day's later boilerhuice stated that The order was being cancelled due to the need for a baby tanker, which has never been needed before, so not only do I not have oil, but priced have gone up significantlyEdit post reply - We've never required a 4x4 tanker from any previous supplier in the 20 years we have lived here, about 50 -50 normal and 4 wheeler

Called at 9am today and they delivered within an hour and a half. Office and delivery people went out of their way to help me. I can not thank you enough. Outstandingly personable communicative and very efficient. I will be recommending you above other local companies who do not seem to put customer service as a priority. Thanks so much.

My elderly mother ran out of oil yesterday afternoon. John went the extra mile to find a driver in the area who had some oil left in their tanker. Just one hour after our plea for help, her oil tank was being filled up. Amazing service!

Raglan depot has had many changes both staff and ownership over the past 30 yearsThroughout this time their service hasn't faltered. Helpful staff and drivers who all go the extra mile. We have never been let down during our 30 year association with Raglan depot. Oilmaxx shoukd be proud of their Raglan Depot and all its staff.

The service from the sales team was fantastic. They had the best price of four others with promised delivery next day. Roger, the driver is so helpful and really cares about his job and customers. The delivery was 2000 ltrs to one location and 500 to another in Parkend - all carried out with no fuss, precision and care. Highly recommended in every department.
