Terrible!When you go in they are very kind and generous. I’ve got a phones display from them. They gave 1year warranty.After couple of months screen went off. I’ve visited them and before checking the phone the boss said it’s a human damage. We can’t fix it. Instead tried selling another display for £125.I requested him to at least open the phone and check the internal issues. He denied and said I’m sure it’s a damage. My phone is new and excellent condition from outside. No dents at all.They just fool people during sales.After sales service is 0.Thanks & Regards

I popped into this shop earlier today and was very impressed, not only with the shop but with the excellent customer service. Unfortunately they couldn’t transfer the photos (as I’d lost the password on my ancient iPhone 4) but he couldn’t have been more helpful and didn’t charge me for his time. Will definitively go again with a laptop and very highly recommend them!

AVOID THIS PLACE!I would give minus stars if I could.Brought Apple Watch in to replace screen, after asking him many times if it would be water tied after he confirmed it would be and the they give a warranty. However after using it in the showe that watch is not not working.I took it to the shop and said that they don’t cover water damage under the warranty. I tried to explain that firstly he confirmed it would be and secondly this watch is supposed to be water proof. Needless to say that he refused to take responsibility.

Harsh is an honest repair man, could have swindled me out of my cash, but was honest enough to tell me the laptop was not worth repairing due to its age. Also, there is no charge for diagnosing the problem, unlike other repair shops.
