Thank you Acorn for making our move very easy. We had packed up the house, boxes, but the team came and helped pack up anything left with out the need to be asked. No job was to big or small, the light hearted banter between the team was great too.How they managed to get all our boxes in that van was an art in it self.When the team came back the next day they helped us with the marine tank, a big thank you for your help guys and gals.At the other end on a hot humid day the vans were unloaded with efficiency, and what patience in being asked to put boxes here and there.Will definitely put any business your way without any reservations.

Absolutely excellent service. Two polite and friendly chaps turned up promptly at the notified time, quickly and professionally moved my furniture out of the house without incident, loaded it into their vehicle and packed it securely. On arrival at the delivery location unpacked and moved it into my house, again without incident, efficiently reassemblng furniture that had had to be dissassembled. All in all a splendid job. Very reasonably priced and consequently excellent value. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The owner called round and gave a quote seemed very nice and helpful moving day turned into a bit of a nightmare 45 mins late no phone call to say they were running late owners son then damaged one of our items even though i watched from the side of the lorry and asked him not to stack them on top of each other but he did and ruined an atacama hi fi module when i confronted him at the new property after inspecting the 4 modules he rudely stated he had not damaged it and demanded money as we had agreed to pay cash and flat out refused to unload the rest until we had.knocked a shelf clean out of the wall raw plugs included going up the stairs and didn't even apologise! Awful experience damaged our property with no remorse or offer to put right use at your own peril. The owner of the business has had 2 weeks to get in touch and hasn't bothered.

The company retains that family run business feel and we felt they really valued our custom.On the day of the move, the crew who arrived couldn't do more for us. They were friendly, jovial and helpful wille still retaining a professional manner.We thought we were prepared for the move; apparently not! We could not fault Acorn from start to finish. They were so patient with my changing our removal date over a 3 week period but finally with 2 days notice they gave us such a fantastic service. They were on time, so helpful and I feel went beyond what they should have done. It was a big job for them in absolutely awful weather but they all remained cheerful. Great staff from the girls in the office through to the chaps on the day. Thank you for making our move possible.

Cannot recommend highly enough. A friendly, polite and hard working team. Due to problems at the bottom of the chain I was unable to receive keys for my new home until 16.30 and did not reach the property until 17.00. The team remained energised, upbeat and did not express any frustration or disappointment at the extension of their working day.
