My washing machine was not draining properly but Roger told me I had left a button that kept water in! He didn’t charge me for my incompetence which I greatly appreciate. Great service and would recommend!

Excellent service Roger is really friendly and professional. I thought I had a leaky washing machine and I possibly had to buy a new one. There was nothing wrong with it. Roger thoroughly checked it over and discovered there was no issue. No charge for the call out. Highly recommend.

Roger came the same day I called him, we have a washing machine that isn't one of the brands he deals with but as I believed it was a drainage issue he said he'd have a look. He cleared the blockage, was in and out in less than 20 minutes and was friendly and professional throughout. Highly reccommend!
