Excellent company. Liam is brilliant installed a boiler for us kept us informed about everything, very patient as we are in our older years and turned up on time and when he said he would. Love the boiler we are now lovely and warm. Also personal thanks for picking me up when I fell in the garden! Very caring professional lovely person. Highly recommend.

I contacted the firm following a recommendation having not used them before. After speaking to Liam he came out two days after and identified several issues with our failing boiler as expected. He returned 3 days later and installed a new boiler, he was polite punctual and very tidy. As the heating system was old and neglected we arranged for him to flush the system a week or so later which was completed equally efficiently. I believe I paid a fair price but got excellent service and will be using them in future.

Mark Knowles Heating recommended and installed a new boiler for us , just before Christmas ! Over two days their expertise and work ethic was indeed remarkable and highy commendable. The team never stopped. In this day and age we think that sets a very positive tone. Every step of the way we knew what was happening and we were given a thorough and detailed brief about how to get the best out of the new system. Mark Knowles Heating has performed our annual maintenance for many years now, offering us a very high standard of service delivery each year.In December the company installed for us a new boiler and heating system - including thermostat, duct and vent, radiators and new location for the boiler.At all times, the company acted speedily, including an initial visit from Liam to appraise and quote for the job. They were always punctual and all team members were equally hard working and personable. We felt that at all times they did the best possible job for us, even if an alternative took longer, and they remained loyal to their initial quotation.They were totally respectful of our house and of ourselves - always covering all areas of the house with protective sheeting, communicating with us clearly, respectfully and courteously, and listening to us.The standard of their work was exemplary. They made suggestions that improved the aesthetics of the job, and we were very impressed with the training offered to the apprentice who worked as part of their team each day.We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for their professionalism, skills, quality of service delivery and high standards of personal conduct.Well Done Liam, Ben and Joe!Not forgetting Spencer for many years of maintenance and Debbie for the friendly voice at the end of the phone.

I had a fault with my Nest thermostat.I discussed it with my heating engineers Mark Knowles, who gave me a quick link to Google services.They tried to solve the problem “on line” and discovered a chip fault.It was under 2 yrs warranty and I received a replacement unit from Google within 2 days. Mark Knowles came and removed the old one and installed the new one the next day - all super efficient and system working.Many thanks to Liam at Mark Knowles and also Google for responding so quickly.Much appreciated.

Liam and team installed a new system boiler together with a new tank and smart controls with a Nest system. Have to say this was a very neat and professional job. Two day install and Liam came back the day after installation to ensure that everything was working as efficiently as possible and took the time to go through the Nest system with me. Very happy with the product and the service received.

Have experienced the excellent work of Mark Knowles Services for many years now in both my home and my mothers. Team member Spencer has been brilliant recently with disconnecting an old washing machine and installing the new appliance after I had bought it from a well known company and paid for that work as part of their service, but on delivery their engineers advised removal of some kitchen plinths and floor tiles would first be required. However, after contacting Mark Knowles, Spencer took great effort with the disconnecting and installing of the machines without the need for any removal of kitchen fittings, saving me significant costs and inconvenience. I am extremely grateful for his hard work and I know from my previous experiences that it has been carried out to the highest of standards.I also had a blockage in the bathroom sink for several months with water draining slowly which Spencer was able to put right, as well as offering some welcome advice on household plumbing in general too. Many thanks to him and to Debbie of administration who took my calls and and set up contacts for me and organised diary slots. Genuine, friendly, reliable and highly skilled specialists, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Mark Knowles Services team.
