B.Unique is clean, tidy and has a lovely ambience. All staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was asked and presented with a very welcome coffee and biscuit. Katie who washed and styled my hair was attentive, listened well and styled my hair exactly how I described. When washing my hair the chair was very comfortable and had a massaging effect. Good experience all round. Thank you.Six weeks ago had my hair cut again by the same lady as last time. Unfortunately, this time I am very disappointed. My hair wasn't cut how I had asked, even though I showed a photo and explained. I wanted height on top and cut in at the jawline as my hair is thick. I queried twice during the cut to be told I haven't finished yet". So I came out of B.Unique with no height on top and shaped like a puff ball

I had a cut and blow, and I love how my hair has been cut and styled. I also love the little details in the salon, especially the decor and the massaging chairs whilst you're having your hair washed. The stylists are fantastic and you feel really welcomed and looked after.

I’ve been to this salon over the past couple of years now and I’ve never been disappointed with my hair , all the stylists I’ve had have all listened to me on what I would like and I’ve always gone home happy , Katie colours and cuts my hair now and I would not hesitate in recommending her.Aside from the hairstyling the stylists are all friendly and welcoming , the salon interior is lovely , up to date magazines , drinks offered on arrival , not to mention the massage chairs when having hair washed , overall a lovely visit every time .Thank you

I have been going to the salon for 10 years. I loved the salon and felt like it was a home-from-home. Loved my hair! Then it was sold. Hair was not the same. I had two cuts and was told my appointment dates would follow. No one rang me to follow up booking. I rang as instructed, my reminder would be passed on. Nothing. I have found a new hairdresser who assessed my hair and told me it wasn't cut correctly and was shorter on one side. Tbh it was an absolute mess! I am good with my hair and I could do nothing whatsoever with it. Time for a change. I am so glad i was never contacted. The girls are great but the new owner….. not for me. Makes me really sad.
