Great service, pain was in me for not getting a numbing injection

Excellent treatment and friendly dentists and staff. Have twice managed to squeeze me in when I needed emergency treatment - which was really helpful. The whole surgery being refurbished and state of the art equipment installed. Very impressive.

Friendly and helpful at all levels. Admin team deliver a first class service and are always cheerful and welcoming.

Always a good experience even when they are under pressure of building works. Efficient quick service every time. The staff are all lovely and polite too. Definitely recommend their service.

Great Dentistry, but shame about the admin side of things. Takes a few months to have responses answered via Email.Also waited 6 months for an appointment, only to be told it was cancelled 2 weeks before and that i'd have to wait another 3 months. Be prepared to wait a while on the phone too. Had no idea that if you leave the surgery, they can't transfer that information to other surgery's, and that you have to 'start from fresh' as I was told.They didn't mention payment after a filling (thus, I assumed it must've been covered by the NHS), and proceeded to send me an invoice which had to be payed by providing bank details over the phone. Obviously I don't mind doing this, but just generally would've been resolved faster if they had asked for payment at Reception at the time.Unsure whether this is a reflection of just this practise, or the Dental Industry as a whole, but either way something needs to change as the administrative procedures are excessively complicated, almost comically so.

I went to the hygienist today, I was very nervous and was dreading it.The hygienist and the nurse were both very good with me, which helped to calm me.There were a few tweaks with the equipment and changes half way through which made for a more comfortable experience.Massive thanks, much appreciated.

Really delighted with my teeth whitening, Mr Phull allayed by initial concerns around sensitivity. So pleased with the results which included a replacement filling to a front tooth so that it matched the finished result. Brilliant, thank you very much.
